In purchasing products from this web site, I (the buyer) am taking full responsibility for the consequences of any purchase (made now or in the future) of any product or service from Vitaspace (the seller). Without limiting the generalities foregoing, I am taking and accepting full liability for personal injury damages, punitive damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase of one or more products or services from Vitaspace. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitaspace, its owners, shareholders, employees, agents and suppliers for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action that Vitaspace may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by myself, my officers, agents, or employees, my successors or assignees, my customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any chemical or product or services provided. In addition, I am at least 21 years of age and will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product or service provided by Vitaspace. I am not now nor will I ever rely upon Vitaspace in the selection or use, or instruction for proper use, of any chemical, product, or services provided. Returned products are not accepted by Vitaspace and no refunds are given unless the product received was not ordered. Approval for return and refund for a product not ordered must be given in writing by Vitaspace. Opened bags, bottles, or containers of chemicals, ingredients and allied goods, used laboratory equipment or any product or associated packaging and labeling that is no longer in the original condition when sold are never accepted for return. Ignorance of product toxicity, of product safety hazards associated with the use of the product, the transportation, handling, or storage of product, or of product incompatibility with intended application by myself, my officers, agents, or employees, my successors or assignees, my customers or any other persons that come into contact with any product that I obtained through Vitaspace is entirely my responsibility which I accept upon ordering from Vitaspace. If the product I order is intended for use as a food supplement or any form of consumable, I will first receive appropriate instruction and guidance from a licensed physician. If the product I order is a laboratory chemical, I will use this product for laboratory research. I will not use this product in humans and I will not manufacture or sell any product for human use which contains laboratory chemicals obtained from Vitaspace. Under no circumstances shall Vitaspace (the seller), its owners, shareholders, employees, agents, and suppliers be liable to me (the buyer) or any other person for any incidental, consequential or special damages, losses or expenses arising from this contract or its performance or in connection with the use of, or inability to use the products for any purpose whatsoever or for injury to person or damage to or loss of property or value caused by any of the products. I, the buyer, shall indemnify and hold Vitaspace, the seller, harmless from and against all loss, cost, damage or liability arising from the transport, use, storage and disposal of any of the products.
